LF Consulting is a consultancy firm specialized in lobbying, institutional relations and business development. Thanks to it’s long-standing expertise and experience, LF Consulting is able to effectively support clients in identifying and suggesting tenders issued by European institutions and published on the Official Journal of the European Union.

The service includes the following:

  • Constant notification on tenders in the different stages (Tender Notice, Prior Information Notice, Call for Expression of Interest);
  • Information on the tender awards related to the sector the client has expressed an interest .
  • Monitoring of competitors and tenders awarded to them.

As for the specific support in participating to tenders, LF provides:

  • Collating of all the documents needs to participate.
  • Communication with the contracting authority

Activities provided:

- Prompt and continuous information about all funding opportunities and on any new development in the EU legislation, with indications on the strategy to follow.

- Selection of valuable and reliable European partners to involve in the projects the company wishes to promote. LF has a comprehensive network of partners who can be involved in partnerships necessary to participate to European tenders.

European Help Desk


The European Held Desk’s first objective is to promote the EU culture by involving corporations in training/informative initiatives, together with the EU main players, EU officials, lobbyists, experts in European affairs and the European industrial federations.

The meetings, seminars, conventions and workshops that are organized are all meant to increase awareness on existing and future opportunities for businesses within the EU and to spread a correct knowledge on the current policies followed by EU institutions.

The ultimate objective is to facilitate the client’s evaluation of interesting projects the EU may offer and to reduce by 2/3 costs that are usually required completing the whole procedure.

Activities provided:

- Allow the client to rely on a fully operational base, with all the technical competencies, that can deliver high level services.
- Provide the client with a representative office in Brussels and an official mailing address
- Manage the representative office in Brussels and coordinate the activity with the different counterparts.
- Provide free of charge to clients using LF rep office services the pre-evaluation of projects/opportunities.
- Provide the necessary training to the client’s staff who resides in Brussels.

These business units, besides expanding the LF’s reach, have developed also specific competencies, paramount for achieving the group’s mission. Brussels unit is focused on public relations with the European Union, participation to tenders and other topics related to public affairs.

Singapore instead has more of a business development and corporate finance vocation, providing strategic support to European corporation interested in the Asian markets and to Asian ones interested to Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Training

LF Consulting organizes and promotes training initiatives on EU topics, especially on the funding-granting system allocated to businesses residing in the Member States. Training can be very generic, on European funds (e.g. Horizon 2020), on the tendering procedures at the EU etc. or more specific and detailed, targeting certain interests/opportunities.
